| 摘 要： | 运用问卷、访问调查和数理统计等研究方法,对浙江省高校高级知识分子体育锻炼现状进行调查研究.结果表明:浙江省高校高级知识分子对体育锻炼态度总体积极;体育锻炼目的明确,但锻炼时间不足,频度不稳定,体育人口低于全国平均水平;锻炼内容简单,参与锻炼的时段相对固定,有组织的体育锻炼开展情况较差;教学科研工作忙、家务重是影响高级知识分子参与体育锻炼的主要因素.据此,提出了相应的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the statistics gathered from questionnaires and interviews, the article conducts research on the senior intellectuals' taking part in physical exercises at present colleges and universities in Zhejiang province. The study shows they generally hold a positive attitude toward physical exercises; their purposes in exercising are explicit but their time spent in exercising is insufficient, the frequency of exercising is irregular and the population taking part in exercising is lower than the national average; their forms of exercising are simple and basic, the span of their exercising time remains relatively stable, their physical exercises are not well-organized. The causes mainly lie in the senior intellectuals' heavy load of teaching, research work and housework. This article also puts forward the suggestions and solutions accordingly. |
