恒定运动和运动后左室舒张功能的变化

摘    要:采用脉冲多谱勒超声心动图观察恒定运动中和运动后左室舒张功能的变化,研究结果显示100w强度运动时舒张早期最大峰值速度E峰峰值流速、舒张晚期最大峰值速度A峰峰值流速、舒张早期最大瞬时压差PPGE、舒张末期最大瞬时压差PPGA显著大于50w,100w强度运动时E/A值显著小于50w.运动后恢复期E峰、A峰、PPGE、PPGA逐渐减少,E/A值逐渐增大,并很快恢复到安静状态.结论:其动力来源和运动时左室的收缩功能提高有关.

Abstract:This study evaluates left ventricular diastolic function during exercise and recovery with pulsed doppler echocardiography. The results show that during 100 - w exercise peak transimitral flow velocity in early diastole (peak E),peak transimitral flow velocity in early diastole (peak A), the peak pressure gradient E(PPGE) and the peak pressure gradient A(PPGA) increased sinificantly than during 50 - w exercise ; during 100 - w exercise the wave (E/A) decreased than during 50 - w exercise . During recovery the peak E, peak A, PPGE, PPGA and E/A came back resting values. Conclusion: increases in left ventricular systolic function with exercise may serve principally to augment these.
