| 摘 要： | 采用访谈等调研方法，对我国58所普通高校实施《大学生体育合格标准》情况进行研究，认为《合格标准》已完成了它的历史使命，应该尽快修定新的《合格标准》，以适应新世纪对大学生的要求。新的《合格标准》要体现“健康第一”，身体机能指标中应突出心肺功能，评价指标应与国民体质测试相衔接，做到科学性与实用性相统一。

| Abstract: | Surrey and interiew were applied to study the intervention of standard of colleges students on PE in 58 universities in China. The result shows that the standard has limitation in practice and no longer play the role it used to be. The new criteria will need to develop to meet the needs of university students. The new criteria should emphasize on the health which considered to the funtion of heart and lungs. It should also combine with the assessment tool for the health of citizen and put science and practice together. |
