摘    要:通过成本和收益分析,认为在高校开办中小学体育教师学历函授教育中,如果追求单一经济目标,会降低对学生的学习质量要求。为提高中小学体育教师函授教育的学习质量,治理的方法是通过改善双方的收益参数,来调整双方的行为选择。

Abstract:The article points out some normal universities that seek the single goal of economy during correspondence;analyzes by cost and income;and thus leads to reduce the norm of students' study quality.In order to improve study quality, the countermeasure is to change bilateral income parameters and to adjust double actions.
