| 摘 要： | 对浙江省11、12届省运会田径中长跑项目比赛成绩及奖牌分布情况进行比较.分析了浙江省引进队员政策给基层业余训练带来的影响.认为我省中长跑后备人才现状是好的,浙江省田径队有必要成立中长跑组,使业余体校训练所培养出来的体育后备人才能更好地成长、发展,同时进一步完善省运会的比赛规程,特别是引进运动员制度是我省中长跑项目健康发展的重要保证.

| Abstract: | This paper studies the influenc on amateur training of introduing players poling,and considers that reserve talents sitution of middle-distance race is better in Zhejiang and it's necessity to found middle-distance race grorp in order for the reserve talents which are cltivated from the amateur sports schools to training to grow and develop better. At the same time, consummating the game regulation especially on introducing players is the important assunemant of middle-distance race event's healthilh development. |
