| 摘 要： | 为了解体育大学生自主创业社会适应,采用访谈法、调查法与分析法等研究方法,对企业、公司、体育俱乐部管理人员和自主创业大毕业生进行了问卷调查.结果表明,体育大学生具有做事果断、抗压力强和挑战精神等创业者特质,但存在着知识结构单一、创业经验不足、创业技能欠缺、创业认知取向不够理性等创业不适应性,并就如何提高创业适应性提出了具体措施与教育对策,以期为体育大学生培养提高创业社会适应力起到导向作用,以及学校实施创新创业教育,培养服务于体育经济领域的创业型人才提供参考依据. |

| Abstract: | To better understand the social adaptability of the sports students who start their own business,this paper adopted different research methods such as interview,survey and analysis,and investigated 40 management personnels from enterprises,companies and sports clubs.The results show that the sports college students have such qualities as determination,perseverance against frustration,cooperation and challenging spirit which entrepreneurs should have,but they also have some weakness,such as single knowledge ... |
