| 摘 要： | 通过对我国体育体制的结构分析，剖析了我国体育举国体制呈现的基本特点，认为举国体制的形成是因为资源不足和政治上的高度集权。随着社会的发展，举国体制的改革成为必然，但改革是渐进式的。在改革的过程中，要处理好政府和市场、体育系统内部与系统外部等几个方面的关系，并提出了一些探索性思考。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the structure of sports system in China, the paper illustrates some basic characteristics in the sports of China. It is thought that it is the resource - lack and centralization of state power that creates the whole national system,With the development of society,it is essential to reform sports system, but it is gradual, It puts forward to deal with the relations between government and market, sports system and non - sports system At last, it gives some countermeasure. |
