| 摘 要： | 运用录像观察、专家访谈和逻辑分析等研究方法,在对目前国际大级别散打运动员和我国大级别运动员技术运用现状对比的基础上,对国外大级别散打选手的技法特点进行了深入分析,并针对性提出了备战2008年奥运会散打比赛的对策。研究表明:国外大级别选手拳法和摔法技术突出,得分主要手段为摔法,得分时机主要是反击。备战2008年散打比赛主要对策有:全面发展、突出特长;强化拳法、积极主动;夯实力量、抗摔巧摔;小分多点、巧打多变;突出对抗,强化体能。

| Abstract: | With the research methods of video-tape observation,expert interview,logic analysis,etc,on the basis of comparing the actual exertion of the techniques between the international Sanda athletes of high-weight level and the high-weight level athletes of China,this essay thoroughly analyzes the technical features of the foreign Sanda athletes of high-weight level and pertinently gives out the countermeasures in order to prepare for the Sanda competition in the 2008 Olympic Games.The research shows that foreign athletes of high-weight level have outstanding punching and wrestling techniques;the main measure for them to gain points is the wrestling;they mainly gain points during counterattack.The countermeasures we should adopt in order to prepare for the Sanda competition in 2008 are: all-sided development and giving prominence to strong points;strengthening punching techniques and to be active and voluntary;tamping the strength and confronting wrestling and skilful wrestling;gaining small points and skilful and changeable attacking;giving prominence to confrontation and strengthening body-skill. |
