| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、归纳演绎法、问卷调查法对目前我国普通高校几种典型的体育教学模式的特征进行分析与思考.指出高校体育教学模式的改革要以"健康教育"和"终身体育"为主线,核心是学生自主选课.教师是体育教学的决策者和建设者,其主导作用不应被淡化.在优化组合多种教学模式时,要将大学生课外体育活动、训练及竞赛的开展,以及体育社团、协会的建设等方面的问题进行综合考虑,从而营造高校体育文化氛围.
