| 摘 要： | 根据动作力学特征对健美操的所有难度动作进行具体分类，并分析研究了各类动作的运动生物力学原理及技术特点，探讨了主要动作技术的基本规律，以期为完善健美操理论体系，促进我国竞技健美操运动水平提高起到积极作用。

| Abstract: | It has made a concrete classification to all difficult movements of the aerobics according to the characteristics of movement mechanics.It has made an analysis of the biomethanic principles and technological characteristics of all kinds of movements and probed into the basic law of the main technique of movement,so as to improve the theoretical system of the aerobics and to play a positive role of the aerobics level in China. |
