| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计、风险检查表(Check list)、事故树分析(FTA)、层次分析(AHP)等方法对2008年奥运会运动员、教练员与志愿者风险中存在的问题及保障的平衡机制进行剖析。对风险的概念、分类和特征进行了初步界定,提出运动员、教练员、志愿者参赛中风险的识别、风险的评估、风险的预警机制,构建了运动员、教练员、志愿者风险的化解方法与应对策略。并建议建立完善的运动员、教练员与志愿者风险和保障平衡机制。为健全奥运会体育风险保障提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The article makes a deep analysis on the problems of the risks of athletes,coaches and volunteers in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,and the balancing mechanism insuring their safety.Some methods are used for expression and analysis of literature,expert quotes,investigation,statistic,risk check list,fault tree analysis(FTA),AHP,etc.It gives the initial conception,classification and characteristics of the risk,and advances the mechanisms of the recognition,evaluation and presentiment of the risks of the athletes,coaches,and volunteer in the competitions.In addition,it conceives the solution to deal with their risk,gives some advices to set up consummative balancing insurance mechanisms for the risks of them,provides good references for consummating the insurance of the sports risks in Olympic Games. |
