| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、数理统计等方法,对山东省与北京、上海、广东、江苏四省市的竞技体育发展现状进行对比分析,研究表明:山东省一线优秀运动员和入选国家队人数偏少,经费投入有待提高,缺乏"金牌教练员",田径、游泳在短距离项目处于劣势,竞技体育后备人才培养社会化程度较低。
