| 摘 要： | 以参加第28届雅典奥运会女子体操单项决赛的选手为对象,对当前世界女子体操单项比赛的难度动作及其连接进行了系统的分析和研究,指出：踺子类及踺子转体类动作是女子跳马项目的主要发展方向;高难度动作是以高质量完成为基础的;超难度动作的连接更加多样化;向前类及旋空翻动作是女子技巧动作发展的主流动作.

| Abstract: | Based on the female athletes who attended individual events competition in the .28th Athens Olympics, this article studies on the character of elements difficulties, types and link of mounts on individual events. It points out that round-off and round-off with turn are the main development elements of the woman horse vault item; High difficulty elements with the high quantity complete are the basal;The conjunction of the super difficulty element is more diverse;Forward elements and double salto backward with turn elements is essential technical action of the woman. |
