| 摘 要： | 如今传统武术处在发展的低谷，许多人提出了传统武术的发展之道，而且认识到传统武术的发展离不开创新。通过对传统武术的回顾，分析了传统武术创新的必要性，并指出传统武术创新过程中将面临传统武术理论、技能、思维方式与现代人的差异以及科研人力的断层等方面的困难，以期为传统武术的继承和发展提供依据。
