| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析法等方法,对江西省大中学校实施阳光体育运动的现状进行调查.当前阳光体育运动的开展,大学好于中学,城区中学好于农村中学.建议:1)要充分发挥高校体育院系在阳光体育运动实施中的作用;2)加强对适合青少年锻炼项目和健身方法的开发与研究;3)调动体育教师的积极性,提高其待遇.
