| 摘 要： | 通过对 2 0世纪 80年代末、90年代初我国优秀女子铅球运动员和现役国家队运动员共计 31人 15 5例试掷的运动学对比分析 ,建立了我国女子铅球运动员各项技术指标评定体系。本研究的一些结果可以为我国女子铅球运动员中、短期训练提供参考 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author built up the evaluation system of female shot putter's techniques through comparative analysis of 155 trials from 31 female shot putters who had been or active service in Chinese national team since the end of 1980. It is hopeful that the study results are beneficial to the current training for Chinese national female shot putters. |
