甲壳寡糖对运动小鼠红细胞畸变及脂质过氧化的保护

摘    要:采用实验法 ,观察甲壳寡糖对运动至力竭小鼠红细胞形态和自由基代谢的影响 ,探讨其对运动致红细胞畸变及脂质过氧化的保护作用。结果显示 ,实验 4周后 ,运动组小鼠红细胞畸形率和血浆丙二醛显著高于对照组及甲壳寡糖组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性却明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;甲壳寡糖组小鼠红细胞形态、超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量与对照组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,表明小鼠服用甲壳寡糖有降低机体红细胞畸形率 ,减轻自由基介导的脂质过氧化反应

Abstract:Through using the method of experiment,this paper observes the effect of chitooligosaccharide on red cell morphology and free radical metabolism,discusses the protection of chitooligosaccharides on red cell distortional and lipid peroxidation of trained mice.The result shows that the percentage of distortional red cell and plasma MDA content in trained group is higher than that of control group and chitooligosaccharide group,and plasma SOD decreases significantly.There is no significantly difference in percentage of distortional red cell,plasma SOD and plasma MDA among chitooligosaccharide group and control group.It suggests that chitooligosaccharide significantly reduce the percentage of distortional red cell and lipid peroxidation in body.
