| 摘 要： | 政府通过制定文化政策对文化发展的相关行为做出选择性的指导和约束以促进文化发展,是当今许多国家文化发展战略的普遍选择.从国家文化政策的视角,立足文化全球化时代,对中国武术文化发展进行探讨.分析了武术文化的历史生成与发展,并从国家文化安全、非物质文化遗产保护、武术文化产业发展与武术文化传播等层面论证了武术文化发展与文化政策结合的必要性.研究认为,中国武术文化发展不应是一个独立的工作体系,必须与国家的宏观文化政策衔接,与社会主流文化发展同步,应该在政府的主导下培育具有中国文化独立品格的武术特质和与之相适应的文化生态环境. |
