| 珠江三角洲社区武术的现状及发展趋势 | |

| 摘 要： | 对珠江三角洲广州、深圳、珠海、佛山等地社区武术进行调查。结果显示:参与者中女性 多于男性,但男性有增多趋势;中、青年占有比重在增大;武术健身活动正在从城市加速向农村 延伸;参与武术健身的最直接动机是强身健体;人们的武术消费意识增强;活动时间更加机动灵 活;活动内容多元化;武术逐渐成为人们最喜爱的健身项目之一;社会武术团体在武术健身中发 挥越来越重要的作用;社区武术活动的开展更具科学性。 |

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the community Wushu in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuohai, Foshan. The result shows that female participants are outnumber than male participants, but male participants tend to increase. The middle-aged and young participants occupy large majority. The physical activity of Wushu extends from urban areas to rural areas. The direct motivation for people participating in Wushu exercise is to strength body and more leisure time. Wushu exercise is one of favorite sports for people,and social Wushu group plays an important role in Wushu exercise. |
