| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、文献资料调研和数理统计等方法 ,对杭州市女性体育健身活动情况进行调研。结果发现 :大部分女性参加体育健身活动 ;她们参加体育健身活动的动机呈多层次、多元化 ;选择的项目、形式、场所都带有明显的年龄特征 ;家务重、工作忙、无时间或本身不喜欢是影响她们参加体育健身活动的主要因素。

| Abstract: | By using the method of questionnaire investigation , documentary and mathematical statistics, this article makes an investigation on women's physical activity condition. The result shows that the motivation of par ticipating in sports activity for women is multiple. The events of selection, fo rm, place have obvious age characteristics. The main factor that affects them to participate in physical activity is heavy housework, busy work, having no time and no interest. |
