| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查及行为科学的基本理论，揭示和分析了现阶段我国大学生体育行为的现状。我国部分大学生已形成了良好的体育行为，但仍有相当数量的大学生尚未具有良好的体育行为。大学生体育行为由隐性体育行为和显性体育行为2部分构成，隐性体育行为对显性体育行为具有驱动、导向、支持作用，显性体育行为是获得体育效果的直接行动，并以大学生体育效绩体验为中介，对隐性体育行为具有正向或负向的强化作用。

| Abstract: | By using the method of questionnaire and basic theory of behavior science, this article proclaims and analyzes the present situation of our college student's physical education behavior. The result shows that parts of our college students possess good physical education behavior at present time, but most of them are still lack of good physical education behavior. The physical education behavior of college students consists of two parts, that is recessive behavior and apparent behavior. Recessive behavior have driving, leading and supporting function to the apparent behavior, while apparent behavior can get effect of physical education directly, make the physical education achievement as a medium, and have positive or negative function to recessive behavior. |
