间歇性无氧运动后足球传球精准度变化与血乳酸清除速率关系的分析

摘    要:目的:分析无氧运动后血乳酸清除速率与足球传球精准度关系,探讨疲劳对人体运动技能发挥的影响机制.方法:选择12名高水平足球运动员,分别设计间歇性无氧运动前后30 m长传球与10 m短传球实验,记录得分(S)及运动前后得分变化率(DS%),同时采集运动前、即刻、3~11 min多点血乳酸(BIA),运动前后数据进行组间配对t检验,以DS%为因变量对X%、tmax、BLAmax、BLAmax/tmax、DBLAmax、DBLAmax/tmax进行相关及逐步回归分析等统计学处理.结果:间歇性无氧运动后30 m长传球DS%非常显著性下降(P<0.001),10 m短传球显著下降(P<0.05);BLAmax出现时点呈正偏态分布,多集中在3~7min出现;BLAmax/tmax,DBLAmax/tmax为因变量与时点tmax呈曲线回归规律;DBLAmax/tmax对因变量DS%呈线性回归规律.结论:间歇性无氧运动后致长传球与短传球精准度下降显著,且对长传球精准度影响尤为明显;间歇性无氧运动后BLAmax时点越靠前,即tmax越小,血乳酸清除速率越快,运动员较复杂动作技能稳定性越高.
