| 摘 要： | 目的:分析无氧运动后血乳酸清除速率与足球传球精准度关系,探讨疲劳对人体运动技能发挥的影响机制.方法:选择12名高水平足球运动员,分别设计间歇性无氧运动前后30 m长传球与10 m短传球实验,记录得分(S)及运动前后得分变化率(DS%),同时采集运动前、即刻、3～11 min多点血乳酸(BIA),运动前后数据进行组间配对t检验,以DS%为因变量对X%、tmax、BLAmax、BLAmax/tmax、DBLAmax、DBLAmax/tmax进行相关及逐步回归分析等统计学处理.结果:间歇性无氧运动后30 m长传球DS%非常显著性下降(P<0.001),10 m短传球显著下降(P<0.05);BLAmax出现时点呈正偏态分布,多集中在3～7min出现;BLAmax/tmax,DBLAmax/tmax为因变量与时点tmax呈曲线回归规律;DBLAmax/tmax对因变量DS%呈线性回归规律.结论:间歇性无氧运动后致长传球与短传球精准度下降显著,且对长传球精准度影响尤为明显;间歇性无氧运动后BLAmax时点越靠前,即tmax越小,血乳酸清除速率越快,运动员较复杂动作技能稳定性越高. |
