| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、数理统计等方法时参加2010年第27届世界蹦床锦标赛预赛前16名运动员和决赛8名运动员40套动作的飞行时间进行分析.结果表明,飞行时间是指按照国际蹦床评分规则的要求,用电子计时仪器准确记录的,运动员连续完成10个翻转动作的腾空时间;引入飞行时间对运动员名次产生了重大的影响,对预赛前16名运动员的影响率达到81.3%,对决赛运动员的影响率达到62.5%;我国男子蹦床运动员的飞行时间已达到世界领先水平,各套动作均具有较大的竞争优势,但运动员存在比赛中发挥不稳定的缺点.教练员、运动员要形成正确的认识,在确保成套动作质量的前提下稳步提高各套动作的飞行时间,科学、合理地处理好飞行时间、动作的难度、动作的质量三者之间的关系,力求各套动作成绩效益的最大化.
