| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法等研究方法 ,对我国 34所高等师范院校课余训练的现状进行了调查与研究。结果显示 ,目前我国高等师范院校课余训练的状况不容乐观 ,存在训练项目布局不合理、训练经费短缺、训练时间不足、参训学生数量少、水平低、教练员训练能力不高等问题 ,并提出了发展对策。

| Abstract: | with the literature analysis, questionnaire and interview, an investigation concerning current status of spare time sports in teacher's college was conducted. The result show that the condition is optimistic, there are some problems among them such as bad sport event distribution; short of exercise funding and time, and low quality of participating students and coach. Some strategies regarding these problems were put forward in the paper. |
