| 摘 要： | 我国社会体育专业已经形成了多样化的人才培养模式,但是在发展中还存在较多问题。存在于专业内部的主要问题有:整体发展速度较快,特别是中部地区,专业发展速度、规模已经超过地区经济及社会发展水平;专业点多,办学规模小,专业结构不合理,影响到社会体育专业的整体办学效益;专业定位存在问题;专业服务领域雷同,人才培养类型相似,缺乏明显的院校特色;课程体系有待科学化,师资力量不足、实习基地欠缺、一些院校学生入学时的运动技术水平或文化课基础难以满足专业或某些专业方向的发展需求,学生的专业思想不够稳定;专业发展面临的外部挑战是就业市场还没有充分培育起来,特别是中、西部地区,毕业生在社会体育领域中就业的人数很少。

| Abstract: | The result shows that the variety modes of talent cultivation have been formed in our social sport speciality.However,there are many problems during the development.The main problems existing in the inner of the specality are as follow:the overall developing speed of the speciality is too fast,especially in the middle region of China.The speed and scope of this region is beyond the level of local economy and social development.The social sports speciality dots are exceeding,the scope is small and the structure is unreasonable.All of these problems can influence the benefit of high school.The direction of this speciality exist problem,the serving fields and talent types are the similar,so the speciality features among different high schools were deficient.The curriculum system is unreasonable and the teachers and practice bases are shortage.The sport technique and knowledge level of students when they enrolled can not meet the developing requirement of social sports speciaklity,and their speciality method is not steady.The external challenge which the specality facing is the market of employment isn't prosperous.A few graduates worked in the social sports field. |
