| 摘 要： | 采用现代社会调查的方法 ,对山西省 11地市的 2 72个小城镇体育发展现状进行了调查。结果显示 ,山西省小城镇在建设和发展过程中 ,注重基本生活设施建设 ,忽视体育基础设施建设 ,现有体育基础设施不完善和不能满足居民进行体育活动需要的占多数 ;乡镇企业在小城镇体育发展过程中并没有发挥出应有的作用 ;小城镇体育发展的经费主要来源于政府投入和社会集资 ,多数小城镇在体育活动经费上自评为较少或没有。提出了山西省小城镇体育发展的若干对策。

| Abstract: | By using the method of modern society investigation, this article investigates the current situation of sports development in 272 small towns from 11 districts in Shanxi province. The result shows that the construction of living facilities are laid stress on, but sports foundation facilities are ignored in the process of building and developing of small towns. The existing sports facilities can not meet the need of citizens participating in physical exercise. The town enterprises do not exert their function that should bring into play in the developing process. The source of finance for developing sports in small towns is come from the investment of government and collection of society. Most of small town thinks that the money spending on sports activity is litter or none. Based on it, the author puts out the some countermeasures on sports development in small towns. |
