对田径跳跃类运动员下肢爆发力训练后效应的时间研究

摘    要:为了对运动训练的后效应特征进行定量化研究,利用实验等研究方法,对田径跳跃类运动员进行1周腿部爆发力的训练,在训练结束后的10天内,使用KISTLER三维测力台系统每天测量运动员的SJ垂直跳跃的相关指标,选取起动力量和离地瞬间速度作为参数指标.研究发现,两组指标在训练后第1天都处于较低的水平,而后逐渐回升,在第3~4天接近前测水平,5~8天达到峰值,随后逐渐回落并保持平台.

Abstract:In order to make quantitative study on characteristics of after-effect training,this paper undergoes one-week leg explosive training for jump group athletes by using the experiment.Within the first10 days after training,the KISTLER force platform is used to measure some relevant indexes of SJ vertical jump each day.The jump start strength and lift-off instant velocity are selected as parameter.The result shows that both group index has a lower level on the first day after training,then gradually increases,on the third and forth days,approaches the former status,5-8 days achieves peak value and then decline.
