| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈法等,就体育院系体操教学大纲的适应性,对上海市部分中学体育教师进行调查。结果显示:体操运动能有效促进学生身心健康,体操教学内容朝多元化方向发展,基本体操、健身类等内容受学生欢迎;中学及社会急需具备较强教学组织能力的体操人才;中学体操教学的发展方向是融娱乐性、健身性、实用性为一体,技术难度较大、场地器材要求较高的器械体操内容应缩减;体育院系体操教学中学非所用现象突出,教学大纲改革势在必行。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review,questionnaires and expert interviews,an investigation on sports teachers has been done in secondary schools in Shanghai.The study shows that gymnastic education contributes to the students ' physical and mental health;the teaching is developing multi-dimensioned; basic gymnastics,aerobics and fitness classes,etc are becoming popular;the gymnastics talents are in great need in the society and schools,especially those with the ability in organizing teaching.Since gymnastic educat... |
