| 摘 要： | 从纵横两个层面剖析我国体育管理组织结构的现状。认为:现阶段体育、教育、社会系统在"管、办"体育的过程中需要进一步理顺相互之间的组织结构与组织职权。在阐释组织结构优化配置的基本原理、目标定位的主体思路基础上,提出我国"后奥运时代"体育组织结构优化配置的近期(2008-2012年)、远期(2013-2016年)构想。

| Abstract: | It analyzed the present situation of the sports administrative organization structure in China from the two sides of vertical and horizontal,and considered that at present,the organizations of sport,education and society needed to make individual organizational structure suitable and functions and rights clear and definite in the process of "governing and running" sport.On the basis of setting forth the basic principles of optimizing the disposition of organizational structure and the main train of thought of objective location,it put forward the short-term(2008-2012) and long-term(2013-2016) conception of optimally disposing sports organization structure in Post-Olympic period in China. |
