| Abstract: | In the present paper, the author analyses the related problems in conducting the appointive employment for teachers in physical education institutes, which is being carried out or will be carried out. These problems are approached from theoretical and practical aspects and they include the principles that must be followed, the factors that play functions, the establishment of targets, several sectors that should be well handled and the creation of the conditions for practicing the appointive employment of teachers in physical education institutes. |
