| 摘 要： | 在分析西北少数民族地区构建全民健身体系的历史背景与现实意义的基础上,阐述西北少数民族地区构建全民健身服务体系的基础内涵:以人为本的指导思想、广大人民利益最大化的主要内容、不断创新的不竭动力、民族体育文化的有力支撑。指出构建全民健身服务体系的理论框架应凸显“民族性”、“经济活动方式”、“初始化”等内容;注重发挥西北少数民族地域优势,开展大众体育健身和竞赛活动。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the historical background and practical significance of constructing the whole nation fitness system in the northwest minority nationality region,it expounded the following basic connotation of constructing the service system for the whole nation fitness in the northwest minority nationality region: the guiding thinking of taking human being as a dominant factor,the main contents of maximizing the broad people's interests,inexhaustible motive force of ceaseless innovation and forceful support of national sports culture.It points out that the theoretical frame for constructing the service system of the whole nation fitness ought to lay stress on such contents as "nationalism","economic activity mode","initialization" etc.,pay attention to bringing into play the regional advantage of the northwest minority nationality and carry out mass sports fitness and competitive activities. |
