| 摘 要： | 我国专业竞技体制改革是各级专业自身积聚发展动力的形式之一，也是新时期我国体育方针政策的基本要求。分析在我国专业竞技体制改革背景下高等体育院校锤炼核心竞争力的必要性及途径，认为：竞技服务是锤炼高等体育院校核心竞争力的支点；改革我国专业竞技体制与锤炼高等体育院校核心竞争力具有互补性，专业队平稳过渡至高等体育院校意味着“双赢”。
