| 摘 要： | 目前学者们研究下丘脑——垂体——肾上腺皮质轴内分泌功能的重要手段是对血浆皮质醇(简称F)的测定,其测定过程繁琐费时,有机溶剂消耗量大。本文介绍了唾液F直接放射免疫测定和血浆TF加热直接放射免疫测定方法。用此法可避免以往抽提过程中的损失和操作误差,提高准确性和稳定性。

| Abstract: | Today, the main means for scholars to use to study the function of hypothalamus-hypophysis-adrenocortex axis-internal secretion is the determination of plasma cortisol(F). However, its procedure is quite tedious and time-consuming,and the amount of organic salvent expense is very large The present thesis has introduced the direct radioimmunoassay of saliva(F)and direct heat radioimmunoassay of plasma TF The lose and operational error can be avoided during the extraction with the above methods, thus increasing the accuracy and steadiness of the measurement |
