| 摘 要： | 人体形体美是自然美的最高形态。它是一个动态的概念,具有不同的特性,它的基础是健康的身躯和心灵美的有机结合;其相对标准主要体现在骨骼、肌肉、肤色、五官、体态等方面。通过科学的形体训练,可以有效地改变成改善因遗传因素而造成的不良体型。

| Abstract: | The beauty of human figure is the superior form of natural beauty. It is a dynamic concept with different features, which lays on the basis of combining organically healthy body oeth noble mind. Its relative standards are presented by skeleton,muscle,color of Skin,facial features and soon. It is pointed out that the had figure,brought about by the inherent cause,could be effectively changed or improved by scientific training. |
