| 摘 要： | 伴随社会可持续发展的进程,体育事业和体育法制在共同面对可持续发展抉择的同时,又在可持续发展方面存在着相互制约和相互促进的辩证关系。体育可持续发展对于体育法制的依赖更为强烈,而面向未来的体育法制,又必须以体育可持续发展来审视自身并确定其任务和走向。当前应大力加强的是能够促进和保障体育可持续发展的体育法制建设。

| Abstract: | With the course of the sustainable development in society, the cause of sports and sports legal system are both faced with the sustainable development, the dialectical relationship between them is restrictive and accelerated in the sustainable development. Sustainable development in spots relies on sports legal system while sports legal system geared to the future must check itself and decide its assignment and trend according to the sustainable development in sports. At present, the legal system in sports should be energetically strengthened which can promote and ensure the sustainable development in sports. |
