| Abstract: | The main reason of the employment problems of higher vocational students is that the students graduating from the higher vocational colleges are not suitable to the economic development and the capability of the staffed unit is lessened.To overcome the problems, we should optimize the speciality installation of the higher vocational colleges, improve the employment guidance and research of graduates, and the government may implement the appropriate measures. |
