| 摘 要： | 以体育人口概念的界定为依据,参照其它院校课外体育锻炼开展的情况,对福建师范大学学生课外体育活动现状进行比较全面的调查分析,探索影响学生课外体育锻炼的成因。结果表明:我校学生课外体育锻炼频度低,参与课外锻炼的人口少,活动中受伤的比例大是存在的主要问题。时间、场地设施、锻炼习惯、克服困难的意志力及锻炼氛围是影响学生课外体育锻炼的主要因素。建议学校体育场馆要尽量为学生参与课外体育活动提供方便,同时,加强对大学生课外锻炼的安全防范教育。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of the population who takes up the exercises, compared with the condition of the other colleges' extracurricular physical training, the thesis has a whole investigation of the actual situation of the students' sports activities in Fujian and Normal University and seeks the causes of influence on the students' physical training. Throughout the analysis, there are three problems:first, the students have low frequency to take up the exercises; second the population who engages physical training is small; third,the rate of students' suffering from injury is high. At the same time, the chief existing factors which affect on students' sports activities are time places training habits,the willpower against difficulties and the training atmosphere. The the thesis suggests that the school gymnasium ought to offer convenient to their student, meanwhile the school should strengthens asfety education on student physical training. |
