| 摘 要： | 高校乒乓球专选课教学提倡多样化和个性化，要求教师要熟练掌握基本的技术和理论知识，合理运用科学的教学方法进行教学，使学生能更好掌握基础知识和基本技术。为了更好地提高高校体育课的教学质量，本文就乒乓球技术课教学中采用多球练习进行实验和研究。结果表明：多球练习教学法有利于学生建立正确的乒乓球技术动作，有利于培养学生学习兴趣和自我锻炼能力，有利于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性。

| Abstract: | The universities table tennis special class teaching advocated the diversification and the indiviuality,requests the teacher to have skilled to grasp the basic technology and the theory knowledge,carries on the teaching using the science reasonable teaching method,enables the student better to grasp the elementary knowledge and the basic technology.In order to enhances the universities physical education well the teaching quality,this article uses the multi-balls practice on the table tennis technology class teaching in to carry on the experiment and the research,finally discovered,the multi-balls practice teaching method not only is advantageous quite reliably grasps the table tennis technology,is advantageous to trains the student to study the interest and the self-exercise ability,is advantageous to enhances the enthusiasm,the initiative and the creativity which the student studies. |
