| 摘 要： | 武术指定动作在套路中具有画龙点睛的作用 ,其演练水平的高低是高水平运动员竞争的要点。我省武术运动队以提高指定动作演练水平作为“九运”夺牌的突破口 ,调动现有的一切科研和训练手段 ,赛前封闭式强化训练 ,在“九运”决赛中以一银、总分 47分排名全国第 6位 ,超过预期目标。探讨所采取的部分比较成功的科研措施 ,希望对今后的科训工作能起到借鉴的作用。
