| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了高校公共体育艺术体操选项课中，如何针对学生的个性进行教学。问卷结果表明：普通高校艺术体操选项生存在四种不同的气质类型的学生，以此为基点，进行分组教学，力求优化教学方法。
