| 摘 要： | 体育课程教学是实现高校体育目的、任务的中心环节。体育课程的教学效率主要取决于教师教和学生学双边性的活动，而学生由于各种原因存在着一定的个体差异，所以体育教学应根据实际情况进行分级教学，避免部分学生吃不了与吃不饱的矛盾，充分挖掘学生潜能，提高教学效率。

| Abstract: | The teaching of P. E course is the key link to achievegoal and task of the college P- E.The teaching efficienty of P. E course is mainly depended on the bilaleval activity of teachers'teaching and students' learning and because of some reasons, there is a certain individnal difference between the students, so the teaching of P. E should take calssified courese according to theactual situation to avoid the contradictory that some students can' t burden while some feel insufficient, tap the students' latent power and promote the efficienty of teaching |
