| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法,以2016-2017赛季NBA球员工资与竞技贡献力为研究对象进行分析,结果为:球员工资差距加大,工资与竞技贡献力之间呈显著性正相关,工资与性价比之间呈显著性负相关,所以球员价格与竞技价值之间存在着脱离现象。深入分析产生的原因:工资制度、球员商品价值的不稳定性、竞技效益与经济效益双重追求、明星球员的稀缺性是产生工资差异的主要因素,并得出了竞技效益是基础、经济效益是目的的资方操作思路,以及获取了普通低工资球员性价比、高工资球员的经济效益结论,以此全面揭示球员工资差异性形成的根源。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics to analyze the NBA players'salaries and competitive contributions during the 2016-2017 season,the results show that the wage gap between players increases and the wage and competitive contributions have a significant positive correlation,There is a significant negative correlation between salary and cost performance,so there is a gap between players'price and competitive value.In-depth analysis of the causes:wage system,the instability of the player's commodity value,the dual pursuit of competitive and economic benefits,the scarcity of star players is the main factor generating wage differences,and concluded that the competitive advantage is the basis of economic benefits Purpose of employers operating ideas,as well as access to low-cost players in general,the conclusion of the economic benefits of high-wage players,in order to fully reveal the root causes of the formation of wage differentials players. |
