摘    要:改革开放之后 ,我国科技方针、政策为体育科技发展提供了良好的社会环境。促使体育科研机构、科技人员数量快速上升、体育科技学术活动频繁、体育科技与运动训练相结合的程度提高 ,体育科技出现了科学大发展、理论大繁荣、技术大进步的局面。但从科学学、科学社会学的角度看 ,目前体育学还没有独立的博士后流动站 ,不同程度上影响了体育科技界高水平的学术交流。体育科学只对体育科技政策产生影响 ,对科技政策、政策的影响还尚未形成。这说明了我国体育科学的研究还需要加强。

Abstract:After reform and opening-up,Chinese general and specific policy of science and technology has pnovided a good social environment for the development of science and technology of sports,which brings about a great advance in the numbers of research institions,researchers and academic activities in sports enhances the connection between science and technology of sports and sports training,As a result,Science and technology of sports is taking on a new look of rapid development o science and technology and flourishing theories,But from angles of science of science and science sociology,at present,there is no postdoctoral traveling station in sports and this has influenced the top level academic exchanges in the wordef science and technology of sports.Sports science only has influence on the science and technology policy of sports and doesn't exert influence on the general and specific policy of science and technology therefore,sports science research needs strengthening further.
