普拉提核心力量训练对女大学生部分生理指标影响的实验研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法、数理统计法、比较分析法,了解普拉提核心力量训练对女大学生部分生理指标(身体素质、身体形体、心肺功能)的影响,对比分析出普拉提核心力量训练的科学性及实效性,为高校引入普拉提核心力量训练课提供理论及实践依据。实验结果显示:经过16周,每周3次,每次80分钟的普拉提核心力量训练,实验前后的心肺功能、身体脂肪含量、柔韧性等各项指标差异有显著意义。

Experimental Study on Effects of Pilates core strength training of universities female students" part of physiological indicators

Abstract:This experimental study is using the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method to find out the effects of Pilates core strenth training of universities female students’ part of physiological indicators which includes physical quality,body shape and cardio-pulmonary function.The experimental study will provide theoretical and practical basis for the introduction of Pilates core strength training class in universities by comparing the data to analyse the scientificalness and practical effect of Pilates core strenth training.Experimental results show that it is quite different in one person’s data between the original and the data which has done the Pilates core strenth training in every 80 min-3 times a week-16 weeks in cardio-pulmonary function,body fat content,flexibility and other indexes which has a significant meaning.
