| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,logic analysis,statistics and other research methods,to Fujian province 15 universities in 200 PE teachers conducted a questionnaire survey,from me province college sports teachers incentive present situation and the existence question,proposed the establishment of physical education teachers management mechanism,constructing PE Teachers’ emotional management mechanism,people-oriented,perfect appraisal system,strengthen the incentive mechanism,standardize appointment system,meet the needs of teachers of seek truth from facts and principles,to optimize and improve our province university sports teachers incentive mechanism. |
