| 摘 要： | 运用自控式教学的理念及方法对体育系田径课背越式跳高进行教学实验研究.通过实验得出,此教学法更有利于学生知识技能的掌握、智能的发展和情感的培养,更有利于学生建立跳高技术正确的动力定型.
