| 摘 要： | 通过现场观察和录象解析,对2003年全国男子散打锦标赛(个人赛)10个级别前8名共70场比赛的运动员运用拳、腿、摔技术的统计分析,探讨了我国优秀散打运动员技术运用的特征及发展趋势。研究结果表明,我国优秀散打运动员的技术向着简单实用、快速连贯、摔法新颖的方向发展,同时也暴露出了基本技术不全面,重击能力与抗击打能力不强的弱点。文章提出,为了推动散打运动的可持续发展,必须加强运动员技术动作组合能力的训练、提高运动员的打击力和抗击打能力以及加大技术动作创新的力度。

| Abstract: | This eaasy probes into the characteristics and developing trend of skill application of outstanding sanda athletes by on-the-spot obervation and video analysis of the 2003 male national championships.The authors find out the strong and weak points and put forward some suggestions to improve. |
