| 摘 要： | 竞赛法是体育教学中运用较广、效果较好的一种教学方法。通过探讨竞赛法的心理学原理及其对提高学生学习兴趣、促进运动技能形成、提高良好意志品质的作用，提出了竞赛法的主要形式和运用注意要点，对实际教学过程中合理地应用竞赛法提供指导性策略。
