| 摘 要： | 经济全球化对高等教育尤其是研究生教育提出了培养国际化的高层次人才的必然要求。体育学科研究生教育国际合作在渠道、人员、科研、课程等方面均呈现合作力度不够、层次较低的特点。剖析其制约因素在于重视不够,缺乏国际化的办学和培养理念;研究生导师国际交流参与人员少,形式单一;国际合作保障措施(经费投入、人员配备、制度规范)不够完善等。在此基础上提出了推进体育学科研究生教育国际合作的途径和措施:树立国际化的教育理念和培养目标;加大宣传力度和增加经费支持扩大国际合作参与者的数量;加强校际、校企、校联盟合作扩宽国际合作交流的形式;利用双语授课和网络课程促进课程的国际化;遴选优质生源,加强外语、科研能力,提高研究生培养的质量。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization is the inevitable requirement for higher education to cultivate high-level international talents, especially for postgraduate education. The international cooperation of postgraduates education in sports disciplines is characterized by insufficient cooperation and low-level in channel, personnel, scientific research and curriculum. The reason shown as follows: the lack of leadership awareness and internationalization of the school and training concept; graduate tutor were less international communication participants and the form was unitary; the international cooperation safety precautions were not complete (including funding, staffing and system specification). On this basis, this paper put forward the approaches and measures to promote the international cooperation of postgraduates education in physical disciplines;establishing an international education concept and training objectives; increasing the intensity of propaganda and funding to support the expansion of the number of international participants;strengthening the cooperation between schools, enterprises, schools and alliances to broaden the forms of international cooperation and exchange; using bilingual teaching and internet courses to promote the internationalization of the curriculum;selecting quality students, strengthening the capacity of foreign language and scientific rese arch, and improving the quality of graduate education. |
