| 摘 要： | 为探讨中学生体育运动参与和心理健康的相关关系,使用尹治国编制的《学生学校体育活动情况调查》问卷和SCL-90心理健康症状自评量表,对驻马店市某中学的320名初中生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 20.0对有效数据进行处理和分析。得出的结论如下:1)中学生体育运动参与程度偏低,中学生的心理健康状况表现基本正常,但也存在着一些问题;2)中学生篮球、羽毛球、乒乓球的参与在性别上都存在极其显著的差异,学生心理健康在性别上不存在显著差异;3)篮球参与度、乒乓球参与度与心理健康各维度不存在显著相关关系,羽毛球参与度与心理健康4个维度(躯体化、强迫症、抑郁、偏执)存在显著的负相关关系。

| Abstract: | To explore the relationship between sports participation and mental health of middle school students, 320 junior middle school students in a middle school in Zhumadian City were investigated by using the questionnaire of "Survey of Physical Activities in Students on Campus" compiled by Yin Zhiguo and SCL-90 Mental Health Symptom Checklist. The valid data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 20.0. The conclusions were as follows, middle school students' participation in sports was low, and their mental health was basically normal, but there were still some problems. The participation of middle school students in basketball, badminton and table tennis had extremely significant difference in gender, and there was no significant difference in students' mental health in gender. There was no significant correlation between basketball participation, table tennis participation and mental health. There was a significant negative correlation between badminton participation and mental health in 4 dimensions, somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and paranoia. |
